Good 'ol Mother Nature dumped another 15 or so inches of snow on us yesterday with more to come today. Those who weren't already off work/school due to the holiday (yea me!) are probably cussin' big time right now trying to shovel out. ugh.
So, to cheer things up a bit around here I thought I'd post something bright, happy and SUNNY!
I used the February SFYTT sketch. It's a great one! The sun and sentiment are from the Sunshine Cheer set (Our Craft Lounge).
After I colored the sun with Copic markers, I covered the rays with course glitter and attached it to a little doily with foam tape. (glitter and doily from Martha Stewart)I trimmed out 3 little clouds from the paper (Bella Blvd), covered them with course glitter and put a teeeny tiny piece of cardstock behind each before attaching them over the matching cloud on the paper. The cardstock gives just a little "lift".

I love it! Bright happy colors and a totally cute design and stamp! It was sunny here today, but soooooooo cold. The sparkle on your sun reminds me of the sun sparkling on the ice.
