I made this this fun, little birthday card for the Featured Stamper challenge on SCS this week. All the polka dots just make it look like a party, don't you think?
All stamps and dies are Papertrey Ink (Fillable Frames #4, Make a Wish, Make a Wish Additions) and the paper is October Afternoon.We are enjoying some beautiful Spring weather here in MN. Sure improves the mood, if ya know what I mean. :)
