I lost my last Aunt this week. She was 90, lived a wonderful life and passed away peacefully after spending the evening laughing with her family. What a perfect way to go.
I wanted the last card I made her (well, her family) to be light and colorful.

I had been saving this scrap of paper forever, so long in fact that I can't even remember what company it's from. I just know that I loved it and used every piece.
A white tag for the sentiment (
Fillable Frame #11 and
Through the Trees both PTI) just didn't work, so I used my Copic airbrush to spray it yellow. Again... didn't work. So, I took a piece of textured paper towel, covered it with Colorless Blender and laid it on the tag. It pulled just enough yellow off to make this great tag! The paper has a similar yellow background, so it matches perfectly. Happy dance!
The gorgeous flowers are Zva Creative (from
Starlitstudio) , and the pearls are from my stash.
I think Aunt Marge would have liked this and I hope she is smiling down on me knowing I made it with love.
Thanks for stopping by!
