Valentine's for the Grandbabies

I found this paper by K&Company that is filled with little Valentine images. It was just SO cute I had to get it. I don't often make cards without any stamping (ya, I know it's a major trend to use just scrapbook paper on cards, but hey... I have a gazzilion $$ worth of stamps! lol). Anyway... Here are the cards I made for our granddaughters Gracie and Elise this year.

Elise is a 21 month little pixie and this sweet little chick was perfect for her. I edged the image with glitter and then matted it on dark pink. The sparklie ribbon (Taylored Expressions) added just the right *pop*.

The heart (Marvy scallop punch) is outlined in alternating pink Tiny Twinkles and white paint dots.

We gave Elise an Elmo movie and a red heart sucker along with this card. Elmo got top billing! LOL!

Gracie is 6 and is truly our little cupcake! She's blonde, blue eyed and so smart! (yes, I am a proud Grandma! lol!)

I cut strips from a coordinating paper also by K & Company (it's all hearts and cupcakes) and tied ribbons between the strips.

I added a dark pink Tiny Twinkle to each cupcake in the bottom row. Oh, we LOVE the bling! ;o)

We gave Gracie the High School Musical III cd, along with a red heart sucker and the card. Guess what won? O' ya... HSM at loud volume ROCKS! LOL!!!

Thank goodness their mom loves my cards!

I hope your Valentine's Day is filled with sweet things!

These are darling, HB! I know...it's hard to make a card with no stamping, but they turned out so cute and I'll bet you had fun!
